Most acne products that you use on your face can be used on yor chest and back as well.
There is a product called AcneFree that I purchased at Walgreens and it is similar to proactive that works pretty well.
I agree with the previous answer, give AcneFree a shot. I use it on my face and recently started using it on my chest as well, it helped loads. It isn’t too expensive either so even if it doesn’t work for you, you are only out five or six bucks (don’t bother with the kits just get the big bottle of “Step One” Purifying Cleanser).
