2. Another home remedy for blackheads is to eat healthy. Eating foods that are high in sugar, vegetable oils, and saturated fats will cause you to breakout. It will cause you to have oily skin, which will clog your pores. Example of these foods includes sugary sodas, cookies, fast foods burgers and fries, cakes, chocolates, and other junk foods.

The foods you should eat include whole wheat foods, nuts, veggies, lean meats (turkey, chicken breast, tuna, lean beef), fruits, and other health foods.

3. Some other home remedies for blackheads includes using skin creams and exfoliants, blackhead strips, over-the-counter treatments, or effective home remedies and methods that would help clear up your blackheads and acne and prevent them from coming back.

Make sure you don’t pop or squeeze your blackheads. If you do, you will irritate them and cause them to spread. Also, don’t scratch your blackheads if they itch. Touching them might irritate your skin and will cause a severe breakout.
