I’m pregnant and Salicylic Acid is a no-no. But all the over-the-counter acne body washes like Neutrogena have Salicylic Acid. Benzoyl Peroxide is ok to use, but I can’t find a body wash where that is the main ingredient. Can anyone advise on something that is safe to use?

Before I got pregnant I had some acne and controlled it by using Proactiv Solution. Since I have become pregnant my acne has gotten quite worse. How should I be treating my acne? Is it okay to use Proactiv or should I be using something more natural?
