Acne body wash for a guy?

What are some acne-wash products that don’t blatantly state that they are for acne control? He’ll be sharing a shower w/9 other guys in college next year and I don’t want him to be embarrased to use it. Thanks!

Neutrogena acne body wash?

I have horrible acne on my chest, shoulders, and back. I tried using the neutrogena acne body wash but I get a TERRIBLE rash on my armpits when I rinse. I cannot use deodrant for a week and have to wash with soap and apply cortisone to the areas until it heals.

Anyone know a way I can apply the body wash and rinse it without it touching my armpits it seems impossible because i have to use it on my shoulders (deltoids). Closing my arm pits tightly does not help.

Any other suggestions? I already use Proactiv for my face, I do not want to use it on my body because it will waste so fast considering how my entire chest and back has acne.

I already eat healthy btw and take fish oil and all the good stuff.
Please help, I want to get rid of this curse.
