My fair-skinned son is 11 and every now and then he gets areas of white patches, almost how skin looks after a sunburn and the skin peels off and appears whiter underneath. They are about the size of dimes. There are no raised areas, it doesn’t itch or hurt, they seem to occur by his temples and cheeks, one on his chin today. Any ideas?
